The Kamma & Niels cottage is a rental holiday home at a fixed price.
June 15 to August 31: daily cost 90€ valid for two persons. Two single beds (one adult and one for a minor) are available at a cost of 10€ each extra per day.
Services
Will there be bed sheets when we arrive? Of course, even blankets more or less light depending on the season..

Check-in
As Casetta di Kamma & Niels is a small family-run facility, there is no reception service, but is enough that the Guest contacts Stefano, Laura or Gil to communicate the arrival time and agree on how to hand over the keys.

Guests are invited, upon arrival and before the handover of the keys, to fully regularize the payment of the agreed stay. Rooms or apartments are available from 4pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out
Except for different agreements with the owner, the apartment must be made available by 11 a.m. the day after the last overnight stay. If you check out late, you will be charged for an additional day.
Guests must agree with the owner how to return keys. In the event of a loss, the Guest will be required to pay reimbursement of 15 euros.
The Guest is obliged to leave, as far as possible, the Casetta in the state in which he received it. If you damage the structure or furniture, you will be required to pay for the damage caused.
Cleaning
Inside the bedroom or bathroom, you will find everything you need for your stay: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.

The owner will agree with the Guest who will stay for more than one week or have the pleasure of a midweek linen change (for a fee), the time at which the cleaning will be carried out.
Rules of Casetta di Kamma & Niels
Smoking is not allowed throughout the house.
In the house is allowed to bring small animals, with prior agreement with the owner.
In the rooms it is not allowed to prepare and consume meals. For this purpose, you can use the kitchen freely instead. When using plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc., guests are required to wash and store them in the appropriate shelves.
You can bring other people into the house, with the prior assent of the owner.
The owner is not accountable for any trouble due to a total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, or internet connection that are not dependent on our will.
Non-compliance with one of these rules means that the stay in the house is interrupted and, in the most serious cases, also a claim for damages.
